I will get straight to the point and I will try to ask questions that have not already been covered by other topics.

    - One of my biggest gripes about TSW is the fact that over the course of its existence, we've seen features that worked relatively well simply disappear with no official explanation. One of the most notable examples of this are wet platform textures and wet textures in general. It seems that after the release of Main Spessart Bahn, every subsequent DLC after that (TVL and beyond) have simply lacked wet platform textures. Here is the thread that I started on this topic: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...s-in-recent-dlcs-wet-platform-textures.19882/ Can we expect to see a return in these abandoned features?

    - The engine update is a welcome change. One of the main visual issues with TSW is the poor shadow draw distance. I did not see any mention in the release article discussing any improvements on that front. Can we expect visual improvements regarding shadow draw distance?

    - A commitment to support all TSW2 products post launch. This is the de facto root cause of resentment for Dovetail among the community, and TSW2 offers a chance to address and hopefully reverse the poor decisions they have made in TSW. Throughout TSW's lifecycle, there has been ZERO additions to the service mode timetable (that's still a thing in TSW2 right?) that have not coincided with a loco DLC. If there are missing services or missing scenery along the route and it is made aware to the development teams, then I would like to see them added post launch. Also a commitment to address bugs in their products so we are not stuck with issues like river tunnel signalling in NEC, or inadequate safety systems in a route like LIRR which were day 1 issues.

    - More transparency. The roadmap is a step in the right direction, but I would like to see this go a step further and maybe have public Trello boards or something akin to that. That way people are aware of the bugs and issues with the route, and don't have to submit duplicate tickets on an issue. Also no more "trickery" when it comes to advertising. We've seen Matt try to "hide" the missing segments in OSD on its reveal stream, and also tactfully switch camera angles on the DB 204 stream because he knew the train would clip on a bridge. Actions like that only serve as fuel for some of the wild conspiracy theories perpetuated by some members on here.

    - More consistency between. Every route has its pros and cons, but it's clear that some routes have significantly more resources dedicated than other routes (ie. the contrast between Peninsula Corridor versus Oaville). I would also like to see more efffort regarding sounds and would like to see more appropriate ambient noise such as city noises in urban routes, and crickets etc. in more rural routes. Engine noises should be improved upon (the original Talent 2 sounds horrible), and hopefully more resources are invested in this category.

    - Explanation on the Livery Editor. Why is there no sharing liveries? Seems like a poor decision in my opinion. Reskins are one of the best ways to inject more life on a route, and restricting that seems like a poor decision.
