I just ran the Class 20 intro (voiced by Matt Peddleston) and put it up on my channel if anyone wants a quick look before they buy it.
Nice engine but the rumours are true, absolutely 0 visibility from the drivers seat when driving long end first ha ha

    Was disappointed by Redcar.
Devoid of all life and vegetation, not a place I’d like to see again :(
The actual model of the class 20 looked and sounded good though.

Would love to see a weedkiller or nuclear flask consists to accompany it.

Yeah, in these intros in the past there has been a tendency to break something if you don't do exactly what it tells you to do. In the scenario I did after I used all the views. The head out one is super useful on this loco

One of the trophies/achievements mentions "flux" - and I wondered if maybe this was a reference to nuclear power/waste.... but I think if there were any BNFL flask carriers.... they would have told us already...

    .... but you never know.....

The video mentions (right at the end) that there is a manual. There is no manual. Not even on Steam.

What does the alternate seat (in the view menu) give you TinTin? Is it just the other seat in the cab or an alternative view from your current seat?

You can switch between seats and also rotate both seats to if you want... Which is nice!

Well that's good. I thought perhaps as well as the normal looking straight ahead there was also a lean to the left a bit view to facilitate looking along the "nose". I expect that's what drivers actually did.

Theres the 'leaning out of the window view' which I guess is what most did. In the words of Python 'Ello big nose'!

The leaning out view is a lifesaver when driving nose first. I mean in a real situation the driver would lean a little to his left to see forwards but in TSW as we are sat like we have a brush up the back of our t-shirts we have no chance

It allows you to sit on the window ledge just to the left and behind the main driver's seat so you can look along the nose but still control all the controls manually
