Outside of normal WS add on locos,i've heard there are a few extras locos you can get if you own certian routes so what extra routes do you need and what are these extra locos?
You need the Tees Valley Line (TVL) route and the Class 31 loco add on. The Class 31 will then work on WSR as well. The same will be true for the Class 20 which is soon to be released for TVL. The Class 08 from TVL (or possibly NTP, can’t really remember) also appears in WSR but is not really fast enough to keep to the timetable. I think that’s it.
I found a matt WS youtube video of WS and both tvl and ntp 08 are there it just a livery change option.
Oh right, I thought it was just one of them. I never use the 08 on WSR because the top speed is too low and the 09 it comes with is basically a better looking and faster 08.
To bad the class 37/5 or the class 40/45 couldn't have been added as well,there all good heritage locos,just look there options on eastcoast railtours route.
The newly released Class 20 (from TVL) is now available to play with on WSR. So there is some progress in DTG implementing what customers ask for.
Can the class 20 be used on the east coast railtours route?If you can already use the class 31 there then why not the class 20 as well.
