Here are few questions I have. 1. Will all the routes and locos get revisited before TSW2 if you guys don’t revisit them after August 6th or will you because NEC needs to be revisited badly with the Penn Station Tunnels. 2. Are there going to be sales on TSW 2020 after August 6th? 3. Will I be able to use the GP40-2 add on in TSW2 CSX Heavy Haul. (sorry if this is not the correct spot to put this)
Some good questions there, I would have asked about the GP40-2 as well. I guess we'll have to see what DTG say in the next Q&A.
1. They said eventually all routes will be made available for TSW2, but they said they are not planning on making any changes to them (so no fixes). From what we know so far, our only hope is that maybe they will release a big bugfix patch before the 6th of August. But according to their words, after that the old content is basically forgotten. 2. I suppose TSW2020 sales will still happen, after all, why not? 3. I'd say probably not, as from their answers so far it sounds like they totally forgot about the exsistence of the GP40-2. So I think it will only be available in TSW2020.
