During my bi weekly livestream on the PS4. I had noticed they do this alot on the Rapid Transit route, during my walking the route videos on Rapid Transit, but yeah never had one in front of my train before!!! I didnt bother going for the emergency stop! Just shouted out. Regards Hentis
I had the same reaction when I came across that for the first time. Very disappointing to see the pedestrian problem hasn't been fixed. I hope they get that fixed before it is released for TSW2.
Clearly ai in tsw don't understand rail crossing saftey like us real world humans do. Ok ok i should have said almost all us real humans do.
Given the behaviour of some mindless pedestrians at the real life Poole town level crossing I thought you'd be used to it Hentis?!
I thought he was talking about that for some reason but yeah it's the most popular video on his channel so he should know
The NPCs overall need to be scrapped and started again. Their pathing is all over the place. And the moonwalking into the carriages on the Bakerloo Line is by far crazy
Witnessed NPC errors: Getting stuck in a jerky motion in the middle of the door to enter the train. If NPC stays stuck for too long, they will go flying into the air NPCs appearing/disappearing NPCs walking/standing on top of other NPCs NPCs teleporting through doors/train NPCs appearing on tracks on side opposite of platform Pathing is something that is available out of the box in Unreal Engine. I do not understand why DTG is making it out to be so complicated. Set up paths in the station and paths on the trains (following real life), coding in a few actions such as sitting down.
When the NPCs get off the Bakerloo trains, they just stand there, so other NPCs spawn on top of them as they get off the train. Sometimes they go flying into the air never to be seen again, sometimes they fall back to earth. When boarding the trains, I have witnessed on many occasions passengers walking through the train and falling out the side opposite the platform onto the tracks! To add to this, there is a lot of times the 72 stock clips platforms and tunnel walls!
