Amtrak AFAIK doesnt go to the Airport yet IRL, but I would assume they would still use the same Balloon track and back trains into the station. Tri-Rail trains runs Push-Pull so they don't need it.

1. You can't. 2. Nope, CSX Intermodals only come as far south as Winter Haven. Any intermodal traffic for South Florida is handed off to the FEC in Jacksonville.
