PC How To Disable Bloom Effect

Hi
I would like to know how to disable the bloom effect, especially for the LIRR Route? I hate the sunlight reflecting on the train cars, because it doesn't look so realistic and it hurt my eyes.
Is there any way to fix this? Thanks

 

LIRR trains are very reflective in real life.

 

But in the game it doesn't look so realistic, the sunlight is just so bright that it reflects on the car, which makes the light so bright.
