Hi everyone! I was driving the last service of the day on RRO to Langerfeld Depot. Before the Langerfeld Depot, there's a red signal(Hp0 + Sh1). While I was passing the signal I was holding Befehl 40 but I still got "WT nicht zeitgerecht betätigt!". Here's the link to the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14zrI-S85TB4NKB9xWHh_vw1EllSNwWWE/view?usp=sharing I don't know why, but on that red signal there's an active 1000 Hz magnet. Can someone explain why did this happen and should there really be a 1000 Hz active magnet on this sort of red signal?
okay been able to watch the video looking by it you thought the red signal you needed to override but if you look under the signal it shows 2 white lines which signifies you are changing on the line so in a sense the red is a yellow so you should have acknowledged it. my understanding of pzb is still new and growing and i have never drove that route but that's what i think was the problem
On this site: http://www.sh1.org/eisenbahn/shhp.htm it says that those two white dots only mean that shunting is permitted. So this red signal practically means: "Stop if not shunting." Maybe ProfCreeptonius can help us?
i still think you should have acknowledged the signal rather than click override. and looking by it he should still be allowed as he was going to the depot so he in sense is shunting
Like Knightfire1964 said, when you approach to the signal, the initial red aspect (with 500hz magnet) turn in yellow (with 1000hz magnet). From the video you can also see this on your display and HUD. The new aspect tell you that you can proceed normally (at max 30km/h) and simply awknoledge the signal. The red is for the straight track but the new aspect tell you that your train will take a deviation, a different track. So you dont need (anymore) to use/hold the Command 40 (on your HUD and display you have the yellow magnet, not more the red, cause the aspect is changed from initially stop to change of track).
