Hello DTG was committed to making all TSW1 DLC playable in 2. What does this sentence mean? " Please note: Northeast Corridor New York, Amtrak SW1000R and CSX GP40-2 are not part of Preserved Collection." Best regards
They said that Northeast Corridor was unable to come to preserved collection because its one of the first route done and has many issues with so it would take a lot of work to bring it over.
Thank-you. Can we hope to have it in the future ? Personally, if I buy version 2 it is to remove the first one. I don't want to have multiple versions of TSW on my computer.
I would say you would get much more joy out of the routes in TSW2 then NEC as it’s a much older route. I would imagine we will see an Amtrak route on TSW2 in the future.
yeah i really liked rapid transit as that's my favourite route to play then came along tsw 2020 and i got the chance to play more newer up to date routes and i could definitely tell the difference in how they worked and the quality especially after playing main spessart bahn
So they managed to bring the VERY 1st route in Paddington-Reading to TSW2, but they can't bring NEC New York - Rochdale? Edited by DTG Natster - removed inappropriate language, please read the forum rules before posting again.
Well GWE was a working route, while NEC was a buggy mess. I suppose they had their reasons not to port it, otherwise why wouldn't they have ported it over?
NEC for TSW was built using new techniques and some of them didn't work so that way of building routes was abandoned quickly and therefore not suitable for coming across to TSW2 as part of the preserved collection. DTG has explained this many times in their live streams.
Not if you are taking the train to Penn Station and walking upstairs to Madison Round Garden to watch the Rangers game.
In the stream it was mentioned that it is the fastest section of NEC, Im very excited about it. Welcome back ACS-64.
