We're not making a dedicated next generation console version of the game, but we will ensure it works with their backward compatible functionality once it's out (the protagonist)
Very early days. You don't want to alienate last-gen players, which will be the majority for a while (not everybody is going to be getting a PS5 in the first year). If they're going to make a PS5 game, they'll want to utilize the extra processing power, so having one on last-gen would be impractical, due to the much lower specs. By that point hopefully the passenger numbers and behaviour will be significantly improved.
