I think the Manchester metrolink should come to Tain Sim World 2 because there is a wide variety of scenery across Greater Manchester for the player to explore, not only will the player have almost the entirety of Greater Manchester to drive around there's 63 miles of track in total. There are 99 stations in total across the whole network and some have unique station architecture, an example of the would-be the Bury to Altrincham which used the alignment of old railways.

As well as the Manchester Metrolink being the UK's largest light rail system I think it would be fitting to have it be recreated in TSW 2 as the first tram system in the game. There's a large number of services with two depots to choose from and both of Manchester’s major train stations (Victora&Piccadilly) and the airport as part of the network.
Trams: The Metrolink currently only has one tram the M5000 in service but you could also in choose the now discontinued T68 trams.
Lines: Bury to Piccadilly Gardens Yellow , Altrincham to Piccadilly Gardens Purple, Eccles& MediaCityUK to Ashton-under-Lyne Blue, Rochdale to East Didsbury Pink, Manchester airport to Victoria train station Dark Blue, Intu Trafford Centre to Cornbrook Red.

I would love a tram route for TSW2. Any British or European route or somewhere further afield.

Hong Kong, Sydney or Melbourne would be my preferred choices, DTG.

I’ve thought this would be a fun route too.

I agree I used to live in Manchester before the line was opened but would also like to see my other suggestions. Maybe ideas for a new game:
    Tram Simulator?

That vaguely exists in LOTUS Simulator, though I can't really recommend it. This is a cool idea for sure, I doubt it would happen mind given TSW's aversion to railway crossings and really any kind of car traffic. That said, would love a Melbourne tram system recreation, the city centre is crazy with tram lines!
