I found that some screenshots of moving trains having a tearing effect which made the details less realistic. Is it because of the motion blur option on or it's a bug? Never had such problems in TSW2020... Btw, I've turned on the high quality screenshot option and used ctrl + F12. Attached reference picture (you can see the railings and number plates are torn somehow)
Hi Tay95! I've changed 'screen percentage' to 150% and now the shots look much better with minimum blurring effects. Maybe this is the true reason. Thank you for your suggestions anyway!
Yeah I've noticed my screenshots looks horrible as well. I am replicating my same exact settings that I was running in TSW2020. Screen percentage is essentially the "render resolution", so if you're playing at 1080p and set your render resolution at 150%, it renders it at like 2K (or whatever 150% is of 1920 x 1080). This makes the game look better, but has a very adverse effect on performance. I play at 4K and have my screen percentage set to 75%. In TSW2020, it took excellent screenshots, now they're all fudged up. Also, TSW2020 turned off Motion Blur in screenshots, I can already tell TSW2 doesn't which might be it.
Are you using an Radeon Graphics card? I have a very high end spec pc in all areas, But I find I get that and fuzziness at times, compared to my previous rig with not even half the power but with a Nvidia card of average spec.
My PC setup is AMD R5 1600X + GTX1060 + 16G RAM. I run on 1080p resolution and screen percentage 150%. It looks better but still worse than TSW2020 ones ...
Whilst playing TSW2020 or TSW2 pressing ALT & F1 to take a screenshot in GeForce no longer works! Is anyone else having the same problem?
