Where Is The "fuel Cutoff Button" On The Gp38-2?

I've reached the very last instruction on the "Fully Fueled" scenario. The instruction says to push this button but I can't seem to find it. The closest I can find is the "Cutout Valve" just above the Indy Brake. The right button must be here somewhere, but where?

 

It's on the back panel, it should be red.

AHA! After trying to find the origin of one of those "X yards" doodads, I gave up and the scenario ended gracefully anyway -- maybe I'll go back and try it again.
