I am new to this game so it may be me, but everytime the HUD says the light is green to proceed the light infront on the traffic light stays red. I was very cautious travelling past it as I didnt want to void he game but it was ok - Is the light to the left handside of the screen infront of the station meant to change to green? (Heading to Stonebridge depot direction) or is that light an indicator for something else. Again I repeat Im only a novice so maybe thats not the light I should be looking at......?
Yes - Im not a train person - just assumed it would go green.... But if red with 2 white lights means ok - Ill look out for that in future. Thanks
Great to know..... do you know if there are any clearer guides etc with a) this type of signal info and b) on what the different train functions / panels do?
I’m not sure about the panels/functions of the train, but if you search YouTube for Bakerloo Line Driver Training videos, they are worth a watch.
The East Coastway manual below might be of use to you as it has quite a detailed section mainline British signalling. This tells you what signals mean and how to react to them. https://storage.googleapis.com/medi...ld East Coastway Driver's Manual PS4 - EN.pdf
Thanks that was useful - a pity the new guide isnt as informative. I think Ill check out the other guides now that I know they contain more info than the basic instruction manual.
Yeah, most of the TSW 2020 routes and locos addons have quite detailed manuals which can be very useful. I've linked to the page that has all of the manuals on it below if you didn't already know about it. https://live.dovetailgames.com/live/train-sim-world/articles/article/tsw-help
