Ac4400 Enter Computer How?i Now Think This Intros Broken

I have watched intro videos and i have no keyboard with arrows to enter the computer,so how can i know what buttons to push?So when your promted to enter computer what do you do?I tried typing the info into the computer and after i do the system doesn't do anything.to agknowlege it,

 

I think you need to change the control scheme to the old style (classic I think it’s called?) then hold down the stick to change the view to the computer screen.
