PlayStation Servicemode Is Missing The Medals For The German Route - Tsw2.

I notice you can't get any medals in none of services in servicemode. Anyone else notice that?

 

I have noticed this, someone i know submitted a ticket, thinking it was a bug, but his reply was, medals only appear in scenerio mode, the same for tsw 2020, but we all know this isnt true, think someone needs to do some research on the game first

 

IF you check in service mode you have medals in both sand patch and bakerloo but none in the german router.

 

I posted about this and TrainSim-Matt responded to say they were valid points and that he’d pass them on to the powers that be. I also raised the fact the medals don’t show the required score in service mode and suggested these be displayed on the part of the screen that details the service. Hopefully Matt will get the team to amend it.

 

I stopped playing the German Journeys because of the missing medals. Hope they fix it.

 

It's the same problem on the Xbox version no medals. Wonder how this slipped through the testning .

 

Yeah, that was me. So I sent a reply back with a screen shot of Sand Patch Grade service mode, side by side the screen shot of the Koln service mode, so far I have not had a further reply back. So I will be waiting patiently.

Now I would not mind as much if they'd have come back and said they'll pass on the feed back. I mean what else could they reasonably do, it's clearly an issue that customer support can't fix (and I wasn't expecting them to right then and there) But to reply back saying that the medals don't exist on service mode, means 1. they were just trying to fob me off, or 2. Who ever is answering the tickets has a lack of product knowledge.

 

I have also sumited a ticket now let's see what I get for answer .

 

I got answer this from the support ticket I rasied:

"Unfortunately, there is a known issue with medal displays on the Aachen to Köln route. This has been documented and flagged for further investigation by the development team. At this time we do not have any further updates."

So it may take som time before it's resolved.

 

There are some must fix bugs that need to be addressed before they get round to this. It’s likely that once it is fixed, all the medals you would have won will be displayed, as this is what happened when they first introduced medals to some routes in TSW2020. The scores you obtained are all recorded already, so when the medals are fixed they should show up as they would have done if they have been working all along.

 

Hopefully you’re right. Whilst not essential, it’ll be annoying if medals don’t show for the routes already played. My OCD will not be happy.
