Please read some existing posts and watch some streams. Your suggestions are out of this world and completely unrealistic in every regard.
And if you make a concrete one in the future, some more information, diagrams, pics and links will help your cause.

    Hints:
    - a new route typically has 1 to 3 locos or EMUs
    - has about 2 to 5 types of waggons
    - is about 50 to 70 km long
    - pick a rail company

He did pick a rail company. Norfolk Southern

Great idea, but narrow it down to a shorter section (30-50 miles), and pick the top 3 locos seen on the route. Make one a switcher (like the GP38-2 in SPG), one road unit (like the AC4400CW in SPG), and the the third one could be either or both (like the SD40-2 in SPG).

I certainly do like that idea a lot. Try adding a description of the route, what makes it so great, etc and you've got a great suggestion post.

Here's a few ideas to start with: Heavy train traffic, daily Amtrak service, Horseshoe Curve...

Horseshoe curve, heavy train traffic, two daily Amtrak trains one in each direction, helper service for the horseshoe curve hint this is where the SD40E comes in, Altoona yard and locomotive shops.

This is where sand patch grade could come in because of Johnstown,PA, (Obviously sand patch grade wouldn’t be in this route because of size) but you could have a CSX local that goes from Johnstown ,PA to Where Norfolk Southern owns and have the CSX local drop it’s cars off there to interchange with a NS train where the NS train will pick the cars up from the CSX local, and for the motive power for this dlc, (which come with the base map/route) CSX SD40E3 because that loco in real life would be on a local service like that

I'd also like to add an NS Genset and ET44AC. The HSC route is a must for TSW2. Maybe we could also get the route set in the 1980s-90s with Conrail diesels (SD80MAC, SD70MAC, GE C39-8, C40-8W, SD40-2, etc.). A PRR version with early diesels would be amazing, too. I'd love a PRR F7, Sharknose, or FA set, a Baldwin Centipede, and a GP7/9 or SD7/9.

I totally want this route, especially with the new adhesion physics.

I would like to see the Sonic Bonnet GE AC44C6M and some heritage, also with realistic horn sounds.
