Class 120 would work well on the IC service as top and tail. Sometimes saw them going through Hamburg-Harburg.
Class 189 would be great for the Betuweroute.
Would like to see a Class 193 for both FlixTrain services and some freight services.

I really hope they add Maschen Yard and Moorsburg docks on a route from Hamburg to Hanover or Bremen. It is the biggest yard in Europe, and second biggest in the world.
I have spent a week every summer (except for this year of corse) standing on the end of Platform 1 and 2 at Hamburg-Harburg station watching the endless streams of freight going through the station. There are freight services normally every 2 - 5 minutes ranging from Coal and Ore trains, to Container trains, to light locomotive movements, to Habbins wagons and many many more. Predominantly Container trains though.

So, when the preserved collections are all transferred we will have the BR 143, 146, 155, 182, 185 (and 204) excluding the EMUs.
With future content according to the roadmap we will get the BR 101, 112, 187 and another 182 (as well as 363, again excluding EMUs).

That's quite a lot already imho. While some of the proposed locos would be really nice, other just are too similar to be interesting.
I'd rather like some more diesel engines for variety like the classic 218, the V200 or the 245 on appropriate routes. Oh, and the 103 on an along-the-rhine route.

But what would be much more important to me than getting new locos: Getting new service mode layers with the existing ones on all existing routes where they fit, maybe some new loco/waggons configurations with existing stuff and the ability to substitute locos.

I think we don't need too much new stuff but more to do with what is already there (or coming).

It would be nice if they add for example the route Nuremberg-Stuttgart with the IC/IC2 and the Main-Frankenbahn with the BR 402 or so

My next ICE I would have liked to have seen was the ICE1. It was very similar to the 373 because the front coaches were power cars that provide the power to the whole train which means that they are locomotives (as such). Those were my favourite ICE.
Love the Class 232 and Class 218. Proper German diesels used mostly on car trains and departmental trains (from what I have seen).

From an aesthetic point of view, ICE (1) is definitely my favourite, too. Wished they'd use that for Augsburg-München instead, since I still see them here regularly.
Also, you confuse me a little. Are you talking about a BR (British Rail) Class 373, since I can't find anything about a DB (Deutsche Bahn/German Rail) BR (Baureihe/Class) 373? Gotto keep your abbreviations straight

Similar - it's a UK size TGV but was much more advanced then the TGV's of the time with AC Motors driven by GTO Inverters. It was a joint build between Alstom France, Metro-Cammell*/Brush UK and IIRC BN of Belgium.

    *Metro-Cammell became part of Alstom

I think the BR 147 or 187 is actually on the Road Map for TSW 2
