PlayStation Sd-40 No Power At All, Engine Doesn't Rev-up

I made everything, even shut-down and restart engine...That happened to me when I load "explore on foot" on Rockwood. (Only when a SD40 arrives, then I take control of it) dunno if that applies on the other locos.
I can move the train only when I load it on a time when the train appears stationary.

 

And you’re making sure the generator field, engine run, and fuel pump switch are all set to ON?

 

Yup. All on
The weird thing is the sand light is always on. Even if the sanding is off
But as I said. That only happens when you take control of a train previously driven by AI.
If you load a game and the train just stands there, then it works fine.
