Help With The 240-07 Elephant Castle-stonebridge Park Scenario (tsw2)

Hey people!

Just got TSW2, and as it is my first train game, I have a lot to learn. I'm having trouble with a scenario (the one listed in the title) where, when I park the train at the depot, there's a train in the spot of where it's asking me to park. Is this a glitch? If not, what do I do? Thanks!

It does appear to be a glitch, but stopping your train close to the already parked train should complete the service. I’ve got a gold medal for it.

 

Have you checked the 2D map to ensure your path is set correct, sometimes you have to manually change switches.

 

I tried that, but it didn't work. It would always go back to the original place it wanted me to park

take it very slowly when nearing the train is what i recommend as i got near very slowly and surprisingly ended up coupling to the other train
