I've been recently watching the streams and DTG made it clear that they want to "bring preserved collection routes to the actual TSW2 standards" by bringing some features and fixing old problems etc. Of course that doesn't mean all of the new features, I'm aware of it. However there's no mention on the roadmap to one of the worst bugs in LIRR where there's 2 specific points with absolute no texture on the NYC Penn tunnel, mostly used for eastbound trains. (whether they're not loading or completely missing I can't say) Console players are reporting for more than a year and we need a solution. So considering this new path regarding communication and the next arrival for LIRR (probably the next update) could someone please confirm a fix for that issue? DTG Protagonist
That bug is a joke: they never fixed it in 2 years. And that's really bad. DTG policy: bug? We don't care! Take this fabulous M3 add-on!
The roadmap is what they're actually working on, not all of the bugfixes they want to get to. This was detailed in the east coastway stream they had recently with their "fix it man" on as second fiddle to DTG protagonist. They're getting a team together to retrofix bugs and apply new tech to the existing routes, so posts like this will highlight the issues but I'm sure that they know of this one already, even if it's not on the roadmap specifically right now
Yes, I'm also aware of this. But with the LIRR listed as next arrival it's not unreasonable we should expect such an issue to be addressed and solved right away with this update.
You mean "you want it to be worked on immediately and it's not" As I said, I'm sure it's on a list somewhere
Yeah, Immediately - 2 years more or less Some people sit forever and wait. Other tend to ask and complain(or moan if suits better)
Who said they haven't fixed it with the preserved release? They are not gonna post visual bug fixes in the road map, just the operational bugs. They have mentioned that first and foremost they make sure that it's playable and you can get thru the scenario. They say this every single stream when talking about issues like this in general. I say hold off any complaints on this (which has been reported over and over again) and wait for the preserved release of it. If it's still there, then we can post about it over and over. I'll be one to do so too.
