Can't seem to get the latest update to version 209 for TSW through the Microsoft Store. I'm still on 118 or something like that.
Am I missing some kind of trick to update manually?

Train Sim World has nothing to do with the Microsoft Store. It is updated via Steam.

Do you have steam on your computer? If you do log in to Steam and it should update.

Steam and the Windows store version are totally separate and actually different builds entirely. Steam doesn't know the Windows Store version exists, and vice versa. Messing with Steam will do nothing to solve this. Not sure why it would be messed up at all though.

    Hi Griffin,

The update has not been applied to the Windows version yet, we are working towards this though, bear with us.

The lesson seems to be that Steam users will get any patches first. OTOH this may mean that Windows Store users get to miss the new bugs introduced by a patch.
