Hopefully as ECW is getting the BR Class 313, LIRR can get the M9.

    Wink, wink. Nudge, nudge.

Personally I'd prioritise the DE30AC as a LIRR addition, would like to see a bi-mode in the game.

The only routes that don't have a loco DLC or one planned are the Bakerloo Line (where I honestly don't think there's any potential for one), Great Western Express which is very old, and CN Oakville Subdivision.

Hm I have watched videos of passing lirr trains yesterday and spottet a double decker train. Are these operated by lirr as well? They looked very unique und would give the route something different I think

Yes these are very cool. Sorry Matjamca, but I think I would actually rather see them ingame than the M9 :D

It would definitely be awesome to drive one of them someday on TSW 2 hopefully a third party group is creating the oyster bay Branch or port Jefferson Branch so that the diesel locomotives can travel on in TSW 2.

The class 378 could be a potential DLC for the Bakerloo Line.

Okay I guess, though H&W to Queen's Park really isn't much track to use it on.

There are 2 variations of the locomotive, DE30AC and DM30AC. The DE30AC is diesel electric while the DM30AC is dual mode, allowing to alternate between diesel and overrunning third rails. It would be great to see either the C3/ diesels or the M9. I prefer to have the bilevel consists in the route first since there are currently no push pull equipment for the LIRR route.
