There was a 3rd party dev working on making these but there have been no updates since Jan 2019 so it's likely dead. There is also a not bad freeware AI one available, but not a lot of use for actually driving it. This would be a great addition to the game, especially if it was done with the full Birmingham Cross City Line they are so well known for working on.
