Hi, I downloaded this game for my six year old son and it started fine, however one day it started hanging. I am not sure what happened but all of the routes that came preloaded disappeared. Now when I click on quick drive the programme just hangs and nothing happens. Don't even know how to start investigating this issue. Appreciate any thoughts. This is a HP laptop with 8GB ram and i5 processor.
go to SUPPORT at the top right of this page then submit a ticket. They won't like that you're on a laptop but the disappearing routes arent based on your machine specs...
