The route Rostock - Stralsund has a lengh 70 km and has mostly just one track. Between Kassebohm and Bentwisch, there is the overseas port Rostock. If you wont build that, you may build only Dierkow/Seehafen Süd, where also Trains can start. After Rövershagen starts the route to Graal-Müritz, where is only the RB12 with the Desiro (BR642). The RB12 starts in Rostock Hbf (Mo-Fr in Rush Hour also in Bad Doberan, in the west of Rostock) and goes via Rövershagen to Graal-Müritz. There is also every 2 houres the RE9 from Rostock via Stralsund to Sassnitz. The RE9 don't stop between Rostock Hbf and Rövershagen, that's the Job from the RB12. Until 2007, there drove a BR 143 with 3 Dostos (DR-Dostos and Dosto97 from 4. Generation), from 2007 to 2019, there drove a BR 429 (Flirt) from DB Regio Nordost with 5 Units. From 2019 to 2021, there drive the BR 4746 from the ODEG (the same trains as the ÖBB 4746). Until 2012, there was the S3 from Rostock Hbf to Rostock Seehafen Nord. On the S3 drove mostly the BR642 (Desiro). There are also IC and ICE Trains. 2 times per day and direction, there are the IC30 with a BR 101 and 11 IC cars. The other Trains (at least 3) are from the ICE26 and drive with the ICE-T (BR411). Until 2018, the IC26 also drive with a BR 101 (sometimes 120) and 7 IC cars. That's my Suggestion for the DLC: BR 143 with Dostos OR BR 429 BR 101 with IC Cars Maybe some freight (from other DLCs?) I would suggest that for Loco-DLCs: BR 429 (if it's not in the Route included) BR 642 (for S3 and RB12) BR 298 (for shunting Services in the seaport Rostock)
