Tees Valley Line- driving towards Saltburn always spawns the loco facing back down the track towards Darlington. Have to change cabs or ends, and choose the Begin option when asked if you wish to and the scenario to proceed. Sometimes the spawn will result in all signals being red and impassable, although Ive only had this happen a few times. Travelling towards Darlington is no issue at all. Happens with any vehicle, even in off the rails mode.
