Just wondering if anyone else would like to see the diesel Blue Pullman sets on a vintage route either Western or Midland version. We currently have nothing dating prior to 1984. There were so many classes in use in those days so the possibilities are enormous. If these "Boomerangs" were modelled accurately they would open up opportunities for new types of scenarios. Break down recovery, replacement services...
I strongly recommend reading pages on Railcar.co.uk. This website has details and images of great interest regarding these trains as well as all first generation DMUs covering roughly 30 TOPS classes.
Still very keen to see these in TSW2. Not sure how you'd get accurate sounds as none survived the cutters torch. Think of the fun that could be had with these on a new (vintage) route or with Scenario Planner and Livery Designer.
Perhaps a Blue Pullman pack in the near future to include the original sets (WR and MR) and the LSL HST conversion. Just imagine the highly detailed luxury interior of the coaches with linen, blinds perhaps even a smartly dressed steward or two.
