PlayStation Game Crashes When Receiving Trophy’s Since Last Preserve Update

I really hope this gets fixed ASAP as this is a game breaker...and I’m concerned DTG are not going to sort the bugs out till all the preserves are out,Can’t be related to Rapid Transit as I don’t have that installed yet,not lucky enough to get it for free yet still waiting.

 

Little bit more information,I was doing a freight run down the high speed German route to Aachen
