Xbox Sand Patch: Red Signal Defeats Objective

So I've hooked the helpers up to the coal train, brought this thing down the mountain, and now here I am a sixth of a mile from Cumberland terminal and I can't finish the scenario after over 2 hours because the signal never changes, this sucks.

 

I have the same situation

 

Did you try the dispatcher and what did the dispatcher say?
I had a similar problem last time, and the dispatcher told me I'm on the wrong track so it was denied to go on. But I checked many times and I was definitely on the right track.

 

Holding B to contact the dispatcher does nothing

 

This scenario can only be completed if you DON'T save the game halfway through. Its a known bug and hopefully with be fixed soon
