Would it be possible to make a multiplayer editor? Like one player can activate a box, it shows a code and the other player can connect via this code to Player1 and they can build a map together. It would take less time to finish a route and they don't have to send it to the other one
That's an interesting concept, but like Sam said, I'd wait for an editor or multiplayer to come first.
the real question is how will the multiplayer run players were complaining about low fps figure how the game will run with say 4 players in a room I don't see that going over well
Come Again? Huh?? Meaning??? the game has enough problems just trying to run itself along with it's Ai Meaning now your going to add 3 more players to that I see the fps dropping low and I don't see a lot of cars or locomotives around making it a very ghost town. I honestly HOPE it works and runs good but out of all honestly I don't see that happening
I think multiplayer-trains could even be less CPU intensiv as a KI-train. Since each player's computer would only calculate the physics of its own train and send that data to all others. The only thing every computer would have to do is the GPU part to display them and maybe some physics for the small-parts like breakpipes.
