Hey can anyone help me I purchased the eastcoastway of dovetail games is site but havent recived code all its saying is instructions and that it and saying to unlock key but thats no where to be found please?
In the upper right corner of the store site, there is 'Your Account'. Click that and a dropdown will appear, select 'Your Orders' from there. You should see the purchase and be able to click the 'View' link under Download Page heading. There should be a button to reveal the Steam key on that page. If not, then you should contact DTG support for assistance.
I've had the same issue, awaiting a response from DTG support but can't see that being until Monday at least.
Ikr lol talk about their thing on their site saying no hassle at all get the code instantly next thing you know theirs hassle lol.

Yea dude I just brought the eastcoast way dlc on steam im not going through disasters so I have asked dtg now for a refund since their policy states if you havet redemeed the code you will get a refund of course I havent.
I purchased the LIRR M3 DLC on Thursday night and it did not have a unlock button, Sent a e-mail on Friday and have not had a reply yet !!
Same problem I buyed the peninsula corridor yesterday 50% off. there is no activation key I sent a ticket yesterday afternoon not heard anything back yet.
I sent a ticket after the email and got an answer one hour later with the missing code. So send a ticket because I don't with the check emails
This unfortunately is not uncommon. Dovetail doesn't run their own store, but relies on a third party, Scalefast, and their system often has hiccups like this. I've had this happen on multiple occasions. Click support, and open a ticket. Choose Dovetail Store when asked what you need help with. Give your order number and an explanation. In my experience they'll get back to you within 48 hours max and give you the key. IMPORTANT: Make sure you select the radio button for Dovetail Store in the ticket field that asks what your issue is with. If you select anything else your ticket will be routed to the wrong team and you could have significant delays.
Appreciate this thread bringing it to our attention, it is being investigated and we are currently working to find a resolution. Thank you to those of you who have sent in tickets, this is helping us pinpoint where exactly the problems are.
I Still don't have an activation key after 2 days? No reply iv sent a ticket but other people that had the same problem has there's.
Did you open a ticket through the Dovetail support page and choose Dovetail Store as the area you need help with? If you did and haven't got a response, that's odd and I would try again. Somewhere on the store site it says to email a specific email address with questions and issues. This is wrong. An official support ticket needs to be open just like you're reporting a game bug, but select Dovetail Store when you create the ticket.
By me too two days ago and no activation, it is really outrages. Sent a ticket and can see it still open from yesterday.
The delay in response from support is likely because of the volume of tickets currently being submitted and worked through. Thank you for being so patient while this is still being worked on.
I find it baffling that contacting the store by email is advertised on the order page everywhere as the only way, and the 'correct' way of reporting an issue is to create a ticket? Fine I submitted a ticket after waiting 4 days but this quite customer unfriendly indeed. Hope Incan finally activate DLC soon.
