Just got RRO and with off the rails put a freight train starting at the large container yard but lights red and stays that way and i'm the only train on the entire route and pushing B button to contact signaler does nothing,so now what?
I'm just one of the 9000th people who hope dtg fixes what ever doesn't work in tsw2.so tell how going with tsw2 changed anything for the better?
The problem about logging a ticket is the fact you wait 10 days to get a "this has been logged, but there is no further update at this time". If you want actual advice, then the forum is the place to come...
You don't improve things by griping to randoms on the internet. DTG have shown a willingness recently to listen to issues and try to fix them, so I guess all you can do is wait, and if not, then raise it again
They have said on streams, they do encourage people to submit problems on here too. They read the forums
Yea clearly asking anything anything here is rather pointless, funny how i'm about the 5000th person to do it.
I can see how this is aggravating, unfortunately I can't offer you an instant fix but I have logged what you explained.
I know it's not a solution to the problem that is being talked about, but do the container trains not feature in service mode? Like I say, not making excuses for the problem, just suggesting a way you can still enjoy them, until the error is fixed.
Thank you for that, but RRO still has other tracks and signals that work but i have hadn't time to try them all,so i'll survive until this is looked into. The problem is with Wuppertal-Langerfeld siding 562 headed towards hagen. I used off the rails mode and tried a few different freight trains and the signal stayed red and there where no other trains to wait for and the contact the signaler b button didn't do anything.I post this incase someone else wants to test it,maybe you might figure out something about what going on.Note i did try the same siding going in the opposite direction and the signal changed and the b signaler button worked(this is the signal on the other end of the same yard) so that something i guess.
