The CSX Hanover Sub route is spectacular. One of the 5 or 6 in my all time top 3!
Bacon Shed repaints of SS SD40-2's fit right in.

Where's the EPA when you really need them?
So many nice details on new Hanover Sub, all the way down to the Maryland and Pennsylvania plates on the cars.

Note: I know these coaches would travel in this formation on some minor lines. I'm not sure if this Engine would still use this malachite green livery at the time the Bulleid coaches became available. I still think the combination providing a uniform SR green looks nice.

Ardaeshir, is that a DT loco? I think the puffing smoke effects are the best I've seen.

You stand correct, the M7 is the one from Digital Traction.

The SECR class C from my previous post in this thread is from Caledonia Works (the only engine from them that I own so far).

*CP, but these are TS 2021 shots, no one has yet to make a TS2021 thread or rename this one (Some people still post in the TS 2019 thread for some reason)

If you make a new thread it is near the bottom as al these others have been made a "sticky" to keep them in the upper half of the page and the newer ones don't get noticed

I figured that it's been a while since I posted in this thread, so here's some shots from what I've been doing in TS over the past couple of days!

With the help of an SD70, NKP 765 hauls a 25 car excursion train along the New York Division from Port Jervis to Hoboken, NJ one warm summer afternoon in the mid 2010's
    Screenshot_New York Division - Bergen Line_41.37170--74.69161_12-01-24.jpg Screenshot_New York Division - Bergen Line_41.37809--74.64552_12-07-51.jpg Screenshot_New York Division - Bergen Line_41.47338--74.53571_12-20-31.jpg

Now, Jumping back quite a few decades, we see a Pennsy E6 Atlantic rounding a curve with a passenger train, bound for Altoona
    Screenshot_Horseshoe Curve_40.36869--78.81966_12-15-22.jpg

The same train, caught further down the line. It appears a cow has strayed away from its nearby home and made its way towards the tracks for some train watching.

TIL The Spencer Roundhouse on the N-Line isnt 100% Accurate, as I couldn't properly place all the NS Heritage Units in their correct spots (They were on every other track, but there isnt enough stalls) Also for some reason, I keep having turntables disappear in custom scenarios (Had it also happen on the Tadami Line too)
    Screenshot_Norfolk Southern N Line_35.68710--80.43626_12-00-52.jpg

Also finally got this scenario done on Stevens Pass.

I found some texture upgrades for the NKP Berk last night, and figured I'd play around with them a little today. Not quite sure if I like them or not, but I'll leave it on for a while and see if it grows on me. Grabbed these shots while continuing the excursion that I had started the other day along the New York Division.

Well, there is a sale at Caledonia works and I got myself some new classic steam engines to play with.
This is the G5 (aka the NER O class).

I gave it a spin on Weardale and Teesdale autum, end of steam BR era with some ex-GNR quadart coaches. It is really an amazing engine, I'd strongly recommend it. The version in the screenshots below is the weathered version and it looks and feels epic.

Caledonia Works makes good locos, but I've never liked the smoke caterpillar they can produce, such as your screenshot by Durham Cathedral. If there's that much exhaust force to blow it so high it will have a very ragged plume. At lower forces it does look much better.

    I like the screenshots.

Thought I'd post some shots to illustrate why, even though I own all the DLC, I still play TS20xx more than TSW. Throw enough graphics mods at it and well...I can do without Unreal Engine 4 for a bit longer.

Your screenshots show perfectly why TSW still has an huge mountain to climb before it surpasses TS20XX for versatility of routes, driving experience and customisation.

The upstart has not dethroned the king; long live the king!

It's 1962 on the CB&Q Racetrack as two commuter trains, or "Dinky's" as the CB&Q called them, pass by each other at Highland.
    Screenshot_The Racetrack - Aurora to Chicago_41.80592--87.91224_15-01-45.jpg Screenshot_The Racetrack - Aurora to Chicago_41.80389--87.92352_15-03-51.jpg
Later, some eastbound Merchandise freights roll by with a Chinese Red SD7 and GP9 on the point of each one.
    Screenshot_The Racetrack - Aurora to Chicago_41.80491--87.91893_15-04-19.jpg
Following this, the Empire Builder races through, as a pair of CB&Q E8's finish out the trip into downtown Chicago.
    Screenshot_The Racetrack - Aurora to Chicago_41.80169--87.93463_15-06-47.jpg
Finally, a westbound Dinky races past to finish off the afternoon.

It's been a while since I created a scene in the route builder, so I figured I'd build one today! Here we see a C&NW passenger train racing across rural Illinois one summer afternoon in the late 1950s.

It's the West of England Line, which I'm very lucky to be working on with my two partners-in-crime who are much better with the route editor and Blender than I ;). Still very much a WIP, we're working east from Axminster to Exeter first; scenery is nearing completion all the way from Axminster to the mouth of Honiton Tunnel currently. If you poke around on the UKTS forums or on Facebook you'll find us.

Well, thank you for that, it looks fantastic, I'll keep me eyes open for it when you release it. Are you using a Just Trains route as your base model as I would probably have to buy it to run your layout, so, I will need to save up the pennies.......
