Both versions include the "Bakerloo Line", that's correct. Also the "Schnellfahrstrecke Köln - Aachen" and "Sand Patch Grade" are included in both versions of the game. However the only thing what you get extra when you buy the Deluxe edition is the "East Coastway: Brighton - Eastbourne & Seaford Route". So if you are into modern British EMU action with a bit of Class 66 hauling aggregate cars around, you could buy the Deluxe edition. Thanks for the assist folks. For future information there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of if you're uncertain which routes come with which version of the game, or what works with what. It is most definitely confusing. If you start getting into disc vs digital vs executive special editions with 5 extra horsepower you can be entirely forgiven for not knowing.
