In the game we have the following liveries to choose from:

DoSto 767.2 DABpbzfa DB (from RSN)
DoSto 767.2 DABpbzfa (from BR 182 DLC)
DoSto 766.2 DBpbzfa DB (from MSB)

Are there any differences between them?

Well as you would guess the 767's are the same but the 766 does not have a first class compartment where as the 767 do configuration is also a bit different but that's about it

There all 4th Generation Doppelstockwagens from the late '90s. Pretty much identical, but there are some minor minor differences I've noticed.
    - The buggy distinctions of the top of my head = Horn on 767.2 is looped better, PZB "beep" is slightly softer on 767.2, You can hear the sander on the 767.2, The display buttons on the 767.2 have a "click" sound effect and the brake "hiss" is also slightly different.
The 766.2 services on MSB have a longer consist (more repeated middle wagons), so the configurations are moderately different.

Funnily enough, the 767.2 (the older variant) released with RSN is less buggy and somewhat more refined than the 766.2

    - Interior differences: The seating arrangements are slightly varied between the two especially around the corridor between cars, 767.2 has a little guard booth and the first-class section is situated in the first car (control car) on the 767.2 and in the end car on the 766.2.

    - Exterior differences: The yellow first-class stripe on the control car of the 767.2 and end car of the 766.2 and some super tiny variations on the boogies/specifications (text) above the boogies and ventilation grills.

There you go, that should be pretty much all of them. :)

Yes just as above mentioned, the 767.2 has a first class and the 766.2 does not, and the 766.2 does have tables in it.
767.2 from 182 might be ever so slightly different, as it is used for S-Bahn services which the one from RSN is not
