i haven’t yet decided whether or not to upgrade to 18. I believe it’s around £25 on steam and just wondered if it’s worth it? It seems to be a lot of money at least it is to me and I don’t like parting with my money until I I’m sure I will get enjoyment from it. Any comments greatly appreciated.

There's no real difference to your existing game outside of the content that is included in the package (North Wales Coast Line, Peninsula Corridor and Mittenwaldbahn), so if any of that stuff appeals to you, then it's definitely worth picking up. If not, you're not missing out on any features or major tech improvements.

Yes, unless you turn it off manually via steam client.

I updated, may be they fix some codes in new version.

    Overall experience is good.

Just for the record, I of course received the basic TS2018 update without cost, but have not purchased the full upgrade simply because all of its included routes center on passenger operations. Even though I've found some of the passenger ops included with two of the TSW routes interesting, stopping at stations with a rigid schedule to maintain just doesn't match switching/shunting activities.
