Hello, I bought the JT Voyager Advanced 2019 but it has not been as expected ... When driving it there are no joint track sounds both inside and outside the cabin. Also in the passenger view there is no sound, just absolute silence, and from what I saw in the description of the product you should hear people coughing, the mobile phone, speed sound, etc. but absolutely nothing is heard. Also in the description it says that there is a joint track sound so I don't understand what happens. I Uninstall and reinstall the package a few times, clear cache etc... If anyone can help I appreciate it very much, Thank you

Yes, I also did it, but knowing that they will take a while to answer, I wanted to ask the community if it was a common error or an error known to people and had a solution because I have gone crazy trying a thousand things hahaha. Still I will wait for the response from JTsupport
