And sometimes you have to press combo more than once because of different modes. BR

My tip: all this is explained in detail in the TSW2 Starters Guide. I cannot resist to recommend reading it if you intend to buy the game or just started playing it. Even experienced users may find some useful information.

I have read it, and nothing about this is found in it

It would be grreat if there was a way to complete the Journey, in any section of the game, by by-passing the one that can not be completed because of a bug or a setting

PS. there is absolutely no explanation about any of the setting to be found either in the document you offered, or on the web site, I still have no idea what most of them can do or not do

I still don't know what you are talking about. Which Chapter?

    1.png

    Which mission in which chapter?
Do you use (do you turn on) SIFA, PZB?
    rat7_mobile?

It’s the commuter confusion scenario in chapter 1. I think it’s the one where the door jams and you have to return to the point of origin.

Sorry I disagree. In chapter 9 you find figure 13 which shows all elements in the HUD you can turn on or off. At the next page for each of them, referring to this figure you find a short description. The stop marker, which is also mentioned somewhere in this discussion is shown in figure 14.

The only thing missing is the way to access journey chapters. I will add that in the next edition.

THe chapiter I never saw that before, sorry, but I never did, it is #4 when you do the Munich journey, the game says 4/xxx

As for the SIFA, some time I do, but rarely, the PZB, I have no tried it yet on the Munich section, it is a system for those that are using PCB or other drugs so you could see the sign to do something, or being on drug would make your finger shake enough to be able to make it like it saiys at a 1000 itme a sceond

    Buy it!

If you are in the station where the stop marker is missing, how far is the next stop in the upper left menu?

I always drive without markers but i will play the scenario again with stop markers on.
Maybe there really is a missing stop marker, otherwise you do not have to stop there.
Depends on how far away the next stop in the upper left menu is.

At this point I'll wait a little bit and hope for a sale but it really seems a stunning route. Huge shame we can't use the 423 on SKA

It’s the best DLC bar none. Definitely worth it, particularly if you have all the layers.

I went ahead and bought RRO and HRR along with HMA this Halloween sale and I have probably already played about ten hours on HMA alone in the past couple of days. Absolutely stunning route. The view when crossing all the railway overpasses into Muenchen while racing the S-Bahn is a spectacle like no other. I would recommend it even at full price. Now the only German DLC I have yet to own is the DB BR 204, and I'm still debating on it.

It tell to stop at the MExxxxxx station, but I have no idea where the station, and I can not go back to it if a pass it, then it will be to attempt the run at 40KM or less, and to stop and load passenger at everything that look like a station :-(

That is if I can find the file on a backup

Should be Mering or Mering-St Afra. On your way back, which Mering makes problems for you, the first or second one?

First, press [Esc] button, go to the SETTINGS -> GAME -> set it like that:

    Measurement Units <Automatic>
    Objective Marker <ON>
    Stop Marker <ON>
    Scenario Marker <ON>

If that doesn't help, go back and write.

    UPDATE
OKAY. So we're coming back. Probably something wrong with the train setup when changing cabins.

    UPDATE
Yeah... I am on my way too... :D Anyone else?

This scenario works perfectly fine, no problems at all.

If you're confusing m and KM as speed and distance, this is the problem.

If you're still struggling to get this journey done, when travelling back, simply keep driving until the number in the top left corner decreases to 0. This is where you should stop.

This thread is a confusion caused by a combination of bad english, newbie TSW skills and inablity to grasp concepts of the metric system

So both, Mering and Mering-St Afra have stop markers and are 1.9km apart.
The next stop after Mering-St Afra (the second Mering) is Kissing 3.1km away and Kissing also has a stop marker.
I'll finish the scenario and report again.

I got 1000Hz in front of "Augsburg Haunstetterstraße" and a second 1000Hz in front of "Augsburg Hbf".
900m (Meter) later, i finished the scenario, 25m (Meter) behind 500Hz and not a single stop marker was missing.

I will try it again next week-end, and I will do the whole run at 40KM just to make sure I do not miss any stopping place, and place that look like it could be a station I will stop and load passngers, hopefully the bug for doing it slow is fix

you don't need to run at 40km/h that's how far away the station is if it says km that means distance if it says km/h that's the speed

    2 m is 2 meters, not 2 miles.

For example, the marker in this photo is 20 m (or 20 meters) away. (If it were 20 miles away, you wouldn't be able to see it.)

also to add to tell the difference if it's miles or meters- meters is shown as m, and miles as mi.

    1,000 meters, you say? Well 1 meter = 1 mile, so 1.0KM = 1,000 miles!

Yes, when you're driving 57 km/h, you're really traveling at the speed of 57,000 miles per hour. Congratulations for breaking the speed of sound!

This has been one of the most hilarious threads I have read in a while - Sorry to find humor in another's misfortune, but the inability to communicate because of an obvious language disconnect does make for a light hearted read -- to all who have tried to help, my hats off to you for your patience.
