   Was about to say this exact same thing. If Sherman Hill is included on its own with anything, you get the SD60M, the Flat Car, the Plug Door Boxcar...and the Gas Turbine. All included. These DLC were added to the package on September 21, 2016 (look it up on SteamDB).
