Should look in a store soon, I doubt we get GWR (those who have it) on midnight as it was not standalone DLC. I expect to wait for couple days like with Rapid Transit before "FREE" option comes along the place where the price is. NTP will be another story.
That’s the correct attitude. Please guys, expect to wait a few days extra and then you won’t be disappointed when you can’t get the free download straightaway. We’ve all waited a few months, a few more days won’t hurt.
You seem to be the one struggling to understand. Console releases the content a midnight LOCAL time. Therefore, a significant proportion of the world already have access to the content. The original post was asking if anyone on here lived in one of these areas, and if so had they downloaded it yet...
