Playing Isle of Wight last night and I must have done something to upset it. First a run with the timetable with the class 483, I managed to get the throttle stuck in full parallel and no matter what I did with the throttle, brakes or reverser I could not do anything. Eventually after trying going backwards then forwards I got shot into the air at 177mph After that tried the scenario planner with the class 52 from the pier head station, all fine and it let me set up but as soon as the scenario started it derailed. Not my night!
Take comfort in the fact that it's probably the most exciting thing ever to have happened on the IoW.
I have no idea . I can't remember what I did to get the throttle stuck but once I did I just went backwards then forwards and off it went like a rocket. I can't upload the video as it says its too large a file unfortunately as it is funny to see.
This is what happens when you lose your adhesion. Then the vehicle gets STOL capabilities. Did you get a trophy for that? Joking aside - I rode the ICE on the SKA in the snow during the days, this scenario. Suddenly and in the middle of it all, the service stopped because I was outside the drivable area ... That too could not be reproduced and I think that TSW2 still has one or two surprises in store here. Not an arcade game ...
