If you finish a service, and select return to free roam, then quit the game without retaining to main menu. Is it normal for the game not to record the service as complete?
I've had this before. I haven't tried to recreate it a second time, as I don't want to lose any progress. But, if you complete a journey, it's best to jump back to the main menu before quitting the game or shutting down the console.
That was my experience in TSW2020 on PS4. Since I discovered that I had to return to the main menu to have the route update the progress I have done so every time I play, so I have not tested if it is still the case in TSW2. I have no reason to suspect it wouldn’t be. I always return to the route selection page as well just to be on the safe side before quitting the application or turning off my machine.
