363 Lights ?

I love the 363, it is great locomotive

I am just wondering how you turn the two lights by the side windows, they look like the position light on an aircraft

 

The switch is on the console next to the light switches for the front of the loco.

 

I flip all of those switch, and they never light up, waht is the name for theses lights

 

Stem lights and they are on the bottom row not the top! Ooops. And as you say they do not appear to do anything?
