Do you have an AMD GPU? If so, which Adrenaline version do you have?

Check this thread please, people mentioned that the nVidia driver 452.06 works well.
But the thread is a bit older, maybe there is already a newer driver that does not cause any problems.

It is just strange because every other route works. I don't have any problem whatsoever with the game, no crashes. Only the NTP route doesnt start. I will try to remove that inicial movie part and see if that solves anything. Thanks for trying to help me out tho. Really appreciated

Try DirectX 12, rightclick your TSW 2 in Steam, then properties and select "set startoption".
Add -DX12 into the commandline and run TSW 2. You should get a huge improvement in FPS and performance.

NOTE: It works only with Windows 10

Thanks everybody. I will try to delete it and then reinstall. I went to the dlc folder and saw it was slightly smaller in size than before, so I suspect something went wrong when downloading. Thanks all!

Not much consolation but I just had a couple of runs on NTP, no crashing. My GPU is a GTX1650 so doubt it’s running DX12.

Just ran Minehead to Bishops and it has crashed twice, 2 runs on the Western class 43 both crashed. 4 reports sent in.
