Console Player Looking For Pc Advice

Hi I'm currently enjoying Tsw2 on console however I'm looking to move to pc rather than next gen,

Currently I have an Acer PH317-51 and was wondering wether it would be good to play this on? Looking at the specs its seems like it should run it.

Just looking for an opinion because I'm not the best at pc stuff.

 

I think the specs will be ok but you should consider getting another memory module (to have 16 GB of RAM in total). Not that it's necessary but just for that extra comfort.

Agree, i have 16GB RAM and it does on occasion take usage up to 10GB

 

Make sure you have a big SSD (500 Gb or more) You will need it! I have a 250Gb for my OS and 500 Gb for data. This is getting a bit low by now, even though I use cloud storage a lot.

 

Also get a 2TB hard drive for mass storage. Something like Western Digital Blue or Black.

Glad I'm not the only one thinking of making the switch...however if I go from xbox one to pc do I have to buy everything all over again? That could set me back a few hundred dollars easily.

 

Unfortunately you do, as I also made the switch recently.

My advice is to buy TSW2020 on sale (as it's often £9.99). This will get you MSB, GWE, NTP, LIRR. Then pick up TSW 2 on sale (it's around £20) which will get you SKA, CSX and Bakerloo. £30 for 7 routes isn't bad at all.

There's also a TSW 2 collector's edition which could offer some value for money...
