So with new routes and locomotives, there is always a chance for new freight cars to be added as a part of them. Very nice!! IIRC the Steel Coil car WAS in TSW, but didn't make it over to TSW2 because it was part of the GP40-2 DLC. Hoping it might reappear with the upcoming Dash 8 DLC for Sandpatch.
Yes, you are correct. The GP40-2 came with the coil cars and centerbeam flatcars. I too am hoping it comes back with the Dash-8 along with a couple other new freight cars.
