PC Wsr Class 09 Achievement Sound Advice Not Working Properly

For the class 09 I did the tutorial and one scenario. My achevements list says I used the horn 56 times. I do not believe this is correct. So it is likely bugged.

Since there are two in cab buttons for the horn and when using the space bar for the horn, the horn notification appears twice on the right side of the screen. My guess was that it counts twice for each press of the space bar, and with the horn count on my achievement progress I felt that it could fit if counted that way...
