My proposal is this in older train sim versions there are turbostar and sprinters however in tsw2 there are none whatsoever so what my proposal would be is simply this DTG brand 150 156/158 and class 170 turbostars set on a fictional DTG railways route then this way with DTG using there own branding logo etc no issues with licensing and these multiple units already exist in previous train sim versions so doubt it would be hard to pull off

150/1 is available on steam, 150/2 available from armstrong powerhouse
156 is available on steam with a different version available from armstrong powerhouse
158 is on steam with 2 enhancement packs on AP
170 is on steam with an enhancement pack on AP

You can use any of these on any route either with quickdrive, built in scenarios, building your own scenarios or using RWtools to swap them out on existing scenarios

Did you mean to put this in the TSW section?

Personally whilst I would like to see any of the above in TSW (if that is what you meant) I wouldn't purchase anything in a fictional livery in a fictional route as they don't interest me at all, I'm afraid.

Missed the TSW2 reference, so yep, this is the wrong forum.

Still disagree with your point mind you. Build routes around BTM in the 90s and you'd have all of those trains and more in regional railways liveries. Those should be easily enough obtained license wise
