I appreciate that this route has been around from 2015....I recently purchased the route and it runs extremely well, except, when attempting to play the two scenarios involving the class 66 loco's, the locos don't appear just their coupler's. All the wagons(loads)are there. I've searched in the forums but I have not been able to find any information, or other players that may have had with a similar problem.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

If you can see the couplers but not the units that means the geopcdx files are missing on the locos themselves, an unusual thing in a DTG DLC
If it's a DTG career scenario then you could reinstall the 66 packs using steam
If it's a third party scenario (standard) then you may have to look at the requirements of the pack and see what 66 reskin they're using and reinstall that

The Class 66 that in in the default MML Scenarios comes with the route.
You can not install or remove it separately from the route.

Good news. After ignoring the Career scenarios in the route for some time I finally ran one of the scenarios driving an EMU from Bedford to St Pancras. Part way through the scenario I passed a north bound container train, with an EWS class66 at the head of the train in all its glory. After completing that scenario I then ran the scenario "cementing relations" and all was intact, class66 and load. I have no idea what I did to rectify the earlier problem, but I take full credit for fixing it.

It can be a graphics issue also, often due to the game struggling to load all the assets on a tile I guess, sometime moving the camera to a different location, camera 8 for example, can resolve the issue. I used to get it quite a lot on busy scenarios or on scenarios in intense areas. I did upgrade my graphics card a couple of years ago and have only seen it once or twice since.
